Returns & Replacements

Digital Products:
Because digital designs cannot be returned, once they are downloaded, we cannot offer refunds and the sale is final. However, we can and will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order.

Framed or Printed Products:
Shipping & Delivery

  • An automatic email confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 2-3 working days for order processing
  • A further email confirmation will be sent once your order has been despatched, delivery will normally take a further 3 working days.
  • All UK orders over £25.00 are shipped FREE via second class Royal Mail. Order tracking is not available on our deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order despatch confirmation email before contacting us.
  • If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox or you are not around to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel or arrange redelivery.
  • We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Great Little Muslim Co. and therefore cannot be guaranteed within the timescales indicated above.  However, please be assured this is very rare.

Returns & Replacements

  • We will be happy to process and exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in a saleable condition and where possible in their original packaging with tags attached within 28 days of ordering, however this does not apply to certain items such as Arabic name frames or items customised for you. It is important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammer are correct.
  • You will be held responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective items.
  • Damaged in transit goods, Great Little Muslim Co. can only accept claims for breakages if the goods are signed for as damaged. Great Little Muslim Co. must be informed immediately by email of any problems and claims must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery. You are advised to check deliveries before signing for them.
  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase please follow these steps to return your online purchase:
 Use our “Contact us page to notify us that you would like to return your purchase including your order number. If you are a registered customer, your order number can either be found on the delivery despatch note sent in your original delivery parcel or in your ‘my account’ section under ‘order history’.

Digital Products:

All orders are provided as a PDF or JPEG file digitally via email. Instant downloads can be retrieved immediately through your GLMC account purchase history, while all personalized orders are processed manually and will be provided via email within 2-5 business days of order. Personalized orders will be sent to the email address listed on your GLMC account.

Framed or Printed Products:

  • An automatic email confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 2-3 working days for order processing
  • A further email confirmation will be sent once your order has been despatched, delivery will normally take a further 3 working days.

If placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These are not calculated at checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties (which may be incurred in transit) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Can I purchase one of your prints framed?

At the moment our default products are all Easy Digital Downloads. What you will receive: Is a digital file allowing you the opportunity to create your own unique piece of art. You will receive a hi-res digital JPEG or PDF file to print (at home or using a professional printing service) then frame and you’re done – easy peasy! You have the option to print on paper, canvas, fabric and more! Please note: No physical items will be sent. You will be saving money on shipping costs and time. This is a non-editable file for personal use only. Not for commercial use, re-sale or sharing. They all come in standard frame sizes, therefore you shouldn’t have any trouble finding the perfect frame for your decor.

Can I change the colors on a print to match my decor?

Yes, of course you can! Most of our prints can be customised and colours can be changed. Add the required listing(s) under “ADD-ON: EXTRAS” to customise an existing design to your preferences. Just mention in the ‘Order notes’ under Additional Information section when purchasing – what design you like and the changes you’d like made. You will be sent a proof to approve before the final item is prepared.

Are the colours accurate?

Please note that colours may appear slightly different once printed than they appear on screen due to the way your computer monitor is calibrated along with specific settings and printing capabilities offered by your printer.

Can I have a custom print designed?

We’d be happy to help create the perfect print for you. Just drop us a line with your specifications and we’ll let you know what we can do.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

What does Handmade item. 'Made To Order' mean?

This piece is made to order and will be created for you once your order is placed.

I wish to return all or part of my order. How can I do this?*

GLMC want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. Due to the varying nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the product(s) purchased. Below is a list of the different policies based on the products we offer:

Postcards, Greetings Cards, Tote Bags and Other Homewares:

  • If you purchased any of the above items from us, you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to notify us if you wish to cancel these items or exchange them for another item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging in the condition they were received.

Art Prints:

  • You have 1 hour from the time your art print(s) order is placed to contact us to amend or cancel your art print(s) order. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed as all our art prints are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any art print(s) purchased, except where the item has supplied damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Digital Products:

  • Because digital designs cannot be returned, once they are downloaded, we cannot offer refunds and the sale is final. However, we can and will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order.

My item is damaged. How do I get a replacement or refund?

If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us via email with photos of the damage within 48 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.
