– Please do not resell, redistribute or share the original files in a set or individually.
– Please note that our products cannot be resold anywhere.
– They must not be incorporated into part of your own design.
– After purchasing and confirmation of your payment, your order will be ready to download. You will then be able to download a .zip folder that contains all your images; just unzip file and start using.
– No physical items will be shipped. Adobe reader is required to open, view & print.
– Product image format will be JPEG or PDF FILES and accessible via “My Account” under downloads.

Despite our upmost efforts to show all products as accurately as possible, due to the nature of the print process, varying monitor and device performance, as well as fundamental differences between web and print colour reproduction, the accuracy of colours displayed on this website cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:
Digital Products – Because digital designs cannot be returned, once they are downloaded, we cannot offer refunds and the sale is final. However, we can and will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order.
Framed or Printed Products – Shipping & Delivery:
- An automatic email confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 2-3 working days for order processing
- A further email confirmation will be sent once your order has been despatched, delivery will normally take a further 3 working days.
- Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order. Order tracking is not available on our deliveries, so please allow the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive after you have received your order despatch confirmation email before contacting us.
- If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox or you are not around to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel or arrange redelivery.
- We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Great Little Muslim Co. and therefore cannot be guaranteed within the timescales indicated above. However, please be assured this is very rare.
Returns & Replacements:
- We will be happy to process and exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in a saleable condition and where possible in their original packaging with tags attached within 28 days of ordering, however this does not apply to certain items such as Arabic name frames or items customised for you. It is important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammer are correct.
- You will be held responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective items.
- Damaged in transit goods, Great Little Muslim Co. can only accept claims for breakages if the goods are signed for as damaged. Great Little Muslim Co. must be informed immediately by email of any problems and claims must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery. You are advised to check deliveries before signing for them.
- If you are not completely happy with your purchase please follow these steps to return your online purchase: Use our “Contact us” page to notify us that you would like to return your purchase including your order number. If you are a registered customer, your order number can either be found on the delivery despatch note sent in your original delivery parcel or in your ‘my account’ section under ‘order history’.
