Physical Products

We accept returns for physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Items are returned in original packaging
• The buyer covers return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Personalised / Custom Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

• personalised items
• custom-made designs
• made-to-order products

This is due to the bespoke nature of these products.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are:

• non-refundable
• non-returnable

Once purchased, files are delivered immediately and cannot be revoked.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
