All designs are available as:

• A digital download (sent by email)

• A physical print (framed or unframed)

On the product page:

• Choose the size you want (e.g. A4, A3, etc.)

• Complete the customisation fields (e.g. name, date, colours)

• Add the item to your cart

This applies whether you’re ordering a digital or printed version.

If you only want a digital file:

• Add your chosen design to the basket

• Proceed to checkout

• Once your customisation is complete, I’ll send the final artwork to your email as a ZIP file

⏱ You’ll usually receive your artwork within 24 hours of ordering.

How to Open a ZIP File

Your digital files will come in a .zip folder. To open it:

On a computer (Windows/Mac):

• Double-click the ZIP file to open it

• Drag the files inside to your desktop or preferred folder

On a phone or tablet:

• Most phones will automatically unzip when you tap the file

• If not, you may need a free app like “WinZip” or “iZip”

To get a printed version of your chosen artwork:

1. Add the digital design to your basket

2. Then add the correct Print Add-On (framed or unframed, matching the same size)

You must add both items for a physical order to be processed.

• Digital files are usually emailed within 24 hours of purchase

• Physical prints are shipped within 2-3 working days

• Delivery takes 2–5 working days (UK)

🚫 No returns or refunds once digital files have been sent or physical prints have been personalised.
